What You’ll Do:
Work with the Owner and operations manager on the daily activities of the company
Handle all sales account details, including but not limited to: preparing bids, contracts event orders and closing sales
Act as the liaison between clients and catering team
Coordinating sales operations by preparing proposals, organizing staff, rental equipment, set-up, preparation, service, and breakdown of catered food and beverage events
Achieve quarterly and yearly catering sales goals
Clearly communicate with kitchen staff, front of house, office staff and clients
Maintains, manages, and works to improve systems, procedures and business processes
Increases visibility of the catering business by actively participating in the community
Directly assist in the creative process of building the brand, menu trends and presentations.
Multi task and work on a variety of projects in unison
Professional and polished appearance with the ability to connect with all types of clients
Flexibility on working hours that in addition to standard working hours will include evenings and weekends depending on event needs
Write creative and engaging monthly newsletters representing our season items.
