Farm to Feast is partnering with the YMCA to bring you a special technique-based class on fish on Tuesday April 5th from 7-9pm. Learn a Farm to Feast favorite: whole salt-crusted fish – delicious and impressive enough for even your mother-in-law (and so easy you will wonder why you waited so long to learn!) Along with this will be fresh-from-the-market filets and Spring inspired side dishes. You’ll leave this class full of inspiration and a resolve to include more fish in your diet.
