What services do you offer for weddings?

Most weddings are full-service catering, which includes menu planning, food preparation, beverage service, staffing, rentals, event setup, and breakdown. We’ll take care of everything so you can focus on enjoying your special day. We offer a variety of service styles including passed and stationary hors d’oeuvres, chef-attended action stations, buffet meals, family-style, and plated meals. If you’re looking for something less traditional, we’re very flexible and can work with you to create a unique experience.

How much does wedding catering cost?

Wedding catering costs typically include more than just food; they often cover rentals, service, and other event essentials. We do not offer traditional packages, but instead, we create custom proposals tailored to your exact needs. Our pricing depends on several factors, such as the duration of your event, the number of guests, the food you choose, the location of your event, and any additional services (like rentals or bar services). This ensures you’re only paying for what you truly want and allows us to provide a personalized experience that fits your budget. Can we customize our menu?

Absolutely! We love working with couples to create a personalized menu. Whether you want to incorporate your favorite dishes, represent your heritage, or include special foods that are meaningful to your relationship, we’ll work with you to craft a menu that perfectly reflects your taste and wedding theme.

How do you handle food allergies?

We take food allergies very seriously and will work with you to ensure any guests with food allergies or sensitivities are safely accommodated. Please inform us of any allergies, and we’ll take the necessary precautions.

How far in advance do we need to book catering services for our wedding?

Once your date and venue are set, it’s a good time to start considering catering options. We recommend reaching out 6-12 months before your wedding, especially since caterers tend to book up quickly for weekends during popular wedding months. The sooner you can reach out, the better. If we are available, we are always happy to work with shorter time frames!

How does the proposal process work?

Typically, we ask that you fill out our questionnaire on our website with details about your event. However, you are welcome to email or call us if you prefer. From there, we like to connect with our couples to get a better understanding of what they’re looking for, so we can provide the best possible proposal. If you’d prefer not to have a call, we can ask a few questions over text or email and then send you a proposal based on your responses.

Do you offer tastings?

Yes, we offer tasting sessions for couples interested in booking our services. Since we aim to use seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients, we may not be able to offer the exact dish you’d like to taste far in advance. However, we can always create options that will give you a good sense of the flavors and style of the dish.

Because there are significant expenses incurred in preparing tastings, we will provide a separate quote for your tasting. There is a fee for the tasting, which depends on the number of items you’d like to sample. If you book your event with us before or during the tasting, up to $200 of the tasting fee will be credited toward your wedding. Subsequent tastings will be charged on a service-and-supplies basis.

How do we reserve our date with you?

To reserve your wedding date, we require a signed retainer or contract with a deposit. Once your deposit is received, your event will be officially booked.
